Article 28-2 (Composition and Operation of the Seasonal Worker Policy Council)
제28조의2 계절근로 정책협의회의 구성 및 운영

법 제19조의5제2항에 따른 계절근로 정책협의회(이하 이 조에서 "정책협의회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.
The Seasonal Worker Policy Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy Council" in this Article) pursuant to Article 19-5(2) of the Act shall be composed of no more than 15 members, including one chairperson.
정책협의회의 위원장은 법무부차관이 되고, 위원은 다음 각 호의 중앙행정기관의 고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원 중에서 소속 중앙행정기관의 장이 지명하는 사람이 된다.

The chairperson of the Policy Council shall be the Vice Minister of Justice, and the members shall be persons nominated by the heads of the respective central administrative agencies from among public officials belonging to the Senior Executive Service of the following central administrative agencies: 1. Ministry of Justice 2. Ministry of the Interior and Safety 3. Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs 4. Ministry of Employment and Labor 5. Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries
정책협의회의 위원장은 정책협의회의 회의를 소집하며, 회의 개최 7일 전까지 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 안건 등을 위원에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사유가 있는 경우에는 회의 개최일 전날까지 알릴 수 있다.
The chairperson of the Policy Council shall convene meetings of the Policy Council and shall notify the members of the date, time, place, and agenda of the meeting at least 7 days prior to the meeting. However, if there is an urgent reason, notification may be made by the day before the meeting.
정책협의회의 위원장은 필요하면 법 제19조의5제1항에 따른 계절근로자 및 계절근로 프로그램에 관한 학식 또는 경험이 풍부한 사람을 회의에 출석하게 하여 의견을 듣거나 설명하게 할 수 있다.
The chairperson of the Policy Council may, if necessary, request persons with rich knowledge or experience concerning seasonal workers and seasonal worker programs under Article 19-5(1) of the Act to attend a meeting to hear their opinions or explanations.
제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 정책협의회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 법무부장관이 정한다.
Matters necessary for the composition and operation of the Policy Council, other than those prescribed in paragraphs ① through ④, shall be determined by the Minister of Justice.
