제3조의2 자동출입국심사 등록 자료의 관리

청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 제1조의2에 따른 자동출입국심사 등록을 마친 사람의 등록신청서, 지문 및 얼굴을 정보화처리하여 정보화망관리소장에게 송부하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.15>
The Commissioner, the head of an office, or the head of a branch office shall digitize the registration application, fingerprints, and face of a person who has completed registration for automated immigration gates pursuant to Article 1-2, and send it to the head of the information network management office. <Amended by Act No. 15580, May 15, 2018>
정보화망관리소장은 제1항에 따라 정보화처리된 자료를 정보기록매체 등에 수록하고 관리하여야 한다.
The head of the information network management office shall record and manage the digitized data pursuant to Paragraph ① on information recording media, etc.
