제4조 승무원의 등록등

영 제1조제5항의 규정에 의하여 승무원(부정기적으로 운항하는 선박등의 승무원을 제외한다)이 승무원등록을 하고자 하는 때에는 여권 및 승무원등록신고서에 사진 1매와 재직증명서를 첨부하여 출입국관리공무원에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 1994.7.20, 1997.7.1, 2005.7.8>
When a seafarer (excluding seafarers on irregularly operating vessels, etc.) intends to register as a seafarer pursuant to the provisions of Article 1(5) of the Presidential Decree, they shall submit a passport, a seafarer registration notification form, one photograph, and a certificate of employment to an immigration control official. <Amended by Act No. 4778, Jul. 20, 1994; Act No. 5379, Jul. 1, 1997; Act No. 7578, Jul. 8, 2005>
출입국관리공무원이 제1항의 규정에 의한 승무원등록신고서를 제출받은 때에는 승무원의 자격심사를 한 후 등록번호를 부여하여 승무원등록대장에 기재하고 승무원등록증을 그 승무원에게 교부하여야 한다. <개정 1994.7.20>
When an immigration control official receives a seafarer registration notification form pursuant to the provisions of paragraph ①, they shall, after examining the seafarer's qualifications, assign a registration number, enter it into the seafarer registration ledger, and issue a seafarer registration certificate to the seafarer. <Amended by Act No. 4778, Jul. 20, 1994>
제2항의 규정에 의하여 등록을 한 승무원이 등록사항에 변동이 있는 때에는 관계 증명서류를 출입국관리공무원에게 제출하여야 한다.
When there is a change in the registered matters of a seafarer who has registered pursuant to the provisions of paragraph ②, they shall submit the relevant supporting documents to an immigration control official.
