제49조 등록외국인기록표등의 작성 및 관리

체류지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 법 제34조제1항에 따른 등록외국인기록표 및 외국인등록표의 작성을 정보화업무처리절차에 의하여 할 수 있다. <개정 2005.7.8, 2018.5.15>
The head of the competent immigration office, office, or branch office may prepare alien registration cards and alien registration forms according to information processing procedures under Article 34 (1) of the Act. <Amended by May 15, 2018>
체류지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 등록외국인별로 등록외국인기록보관철을 만들어 등록외국인기록표와 각종 허가 또는 통고처분관련서류등을 합철하여 관리하여야 한다. 다만, 정보화업무처리절차에 의하여 처리한 때에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2005.7.8, 2018.5.15>
The head of the competent immigration office, office, or branch office shall create a file for each registered alien, and manage it by consolidating the alien registration card and various permit or notification documents related to disposition, etc. Provided, That this shall not apply if processed according to information processing procedures. <Amended by May 15, 2018>
