①

사회통합에 관한 다음 각 호의 사항(이하 "사회통합 업무"라 한다)에 대하여 법무부장관의 자문에 응하기 위하여 법무부장관 소속으로 사회통합 자문위원회(이하 "자문위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2019.6.11, 2026.9.15>

  1. 1. 영 제48조에 따른 사회통합 프로그램의 개발ㆍ운영

  2. 2. 영 제49조에 따른 운영기관의 지정

  3. 3. 영 제50조에 따른 운영기관의 관리 및 지정 취소

  4. 4. 영 제51조에 따른 전문인력 양성

  5. 5. 제9조의4제2항에 따른 국제결혼 안내프로그램 운영

  6. 6. 제53조의5에 따른 외국인의 조기 적응 지원을 위한 프로그램 운영

  7. 7. 그 밖에 법무부장관이 자문이 필요하다고 인정한 사항

To advise the Minister of Justice on the following matters concerning social integration (hereinafter referred to as "social integration affairs"), an Advisory Committee on Social Integration (hereinafter referred to as the "Advisory Committee") shall be established under the Minister of Justice. <Amended by Act No. 16764, Jun. 11, 2019> 1. Development and operation of the social integration program pursuant to Article 48 of the Enforcement Decree 2. Designation of operating institutions pursuant to Article 49 of the Enforcement Decree 3. Management and revocation of designation of operating institutions pursuant to Article 50 of the Enforcement Decree 4. Training of specialized personnel pursuant to Article 51 of the Enforcement Decree 5. Operation of the international marriage guidance program pursuant to Article 9-4 (2) 6. Operation of programs to support early adaptation of marriage immigrants, etc. pursuant to Article 53-5 7. Other matters that the Minister of Justice deems to require advice

자문위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

The Advisory Committee shall be composed of not more than 15 members, including one Chairperson.

자문위원회 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람이 되며, 위원장은 위원 중에서 법무부장관이 지명한다.

  1. 1. 관련 분야의 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람으로서 법무부장관이 위촉하는 사람

  2. 2. 법무부 출입국ㆍ외국인정책본부장

  3. 3. 법무부 소속 공무원 중 법무부장관이 임명하는 사람

The members of the Advisory Committee shall be persons falling under any of the following subparagraphs, and the Chairperson shall be nominated by the Minister of Justice from among the members. 1. Persons with extensive knowledge and experience in related fields, who are appointed by the Minister of Justice 2. The Commissioner of the Immigration and Foreign Affairs Policy Bureau of the Ministry of Justice 3. Public officials belonging to the Ministry of Justice, who are appointed by the Minister of Justice

제3항제1호의 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

The term of office for members referred to in subparagraph 1 of paragraph ③ shall be two years.

법무부장관은 사회통합 업무에 필요한 경우 청장 또는 사무소장 소속으로 지방 사회통합 자문위원회(이하 "지방자문위원회" 라 한다)를 둘 수 있다. <개정 2018.5.15, 2019.6.11>

The Minister of Justice may establish Regional Advisory Committees on Social Integration (hereinafter referred to as "Regional Advisory Committees") under the Commissioner of the Immigration Office or the Director of the Branch Office, when deemed necessary for social integration affairs. <Amended by Act No. 15585, May 15, 2018; Act No. 16764, Jun. 11, 2019>

제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 자문위원회 및 지방자문위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 법무부장관이 정한다.

Matters necessary for the composition and operation of the Advisory Committee and Regional Advisory Committees, other than those prescribed in paragraphs ① through ⑤, shall be determined by the Minister of Justice.
