제69조의2 숙박외국인의 정보제공 시기ㆍ자료

법 제81조의3제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "「감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률」에 따른 위기경보의 발령 또는 「국민보호와 공공안전을 위한 테러방지법」에 따른 테러경보의 발령 등 법무부령으로 정하는 경우"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다. <개정 2023.12.14>
1. 「감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률」에 따른 감염병 확산으로 「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」 제38조제2항에 따른 관심 단계 이상의 위기경보가 발령된 경우로서 보건복지부장관 또는 질병관리청장이 제69조의3제1항에 따른 숙박외국인 관련 자료를 법무부장관에게 요청하는 등 법무부장관이 해당 자료가 필요하다고 인정하여 고시하는 경우
2. 「국민보호와 공공안전을 위한 테러방지법 시행령」 제22조제2항에 따른 주의 단계 이상의 테러경보가 발령된 경우로서 「국민보호와 공공안전을 위한 테러방지법」 제2조제7호의 관계기관이 제69조의3제1항에 따른 숙박외국인 관련 자료를 법무부장관에게 요청하는 등 법무부장관이 해당 자료가 필요하다고 인정하여 고시하는 경우

Cases where a terror alert of the "caution" stage or higher, as prescribed in Article 22 (2) of the Enforcement Decree of the 「Act on the Prevention of Terrorism for the Protection of the Public and Public Safety」, has been issued, and the Minister of Justice issues a public notice recognizing the need for such data, such as when the relevant agencies under Article 2 (7) of the 「Act on the Prevention of Terrorism for the Protection of the Public and Public Safety」 request data on foreigners staying at accommodation under Article 69-3 (1) from the Minister of Justice.
