제9조의3 사증추천인

법무부장관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자를 사증추천인으로 지정할 수 있다.
1. 과학, 기술, 사회, 경제, 교육, 문화 등 전문분야에서 뛰어난 능력이 있는 자
2. 대한민국의 이익에 특별히 기여한 공로가 있는 자
3. 제1호 및 제2호에서 규정한 자 외에 학력이나 경력ㆍ경험 등을 고려하여 사증발급 추천을 하기에 적합한 능력이 있다고 법무부장관이 인정하는 자
The Minister of Justice may designate any person falling under any of the following subparagraphs as a visa recommender. 1. A person with outstanding abilities in specialized fields such as science, technology, society, economy, education, and culture. 2. A person who has made a special contribution to the benefit of the Republic of Korea. 3. A person, other than those prescribed in subparagraphs 1 and 2, whom the Minister of Justice recognizes as having the appropriate ability to recommend visa issuance, considering their academic background, career, or experience.
법무부장관은 제1항에 따른 사증추천인의 지정에 필요한 경우 전문적인 지식이나 경험이 있는 관계 전문가의 의견을 들을 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may, when necessary for the designation of a visa recommender under paragraph (1), hear the opinions of relevant experts with professional knowledge or experience.
제1항에 따라 사증추천인으로 지정된 자는 외국인재의 능력 및 자격을 평가한 후 영 제7조의2제1항에 따른 정보통신망을 통하여 해당 외국인에 대한 사증발급을 추천할 수 있다.
A person designated as a visa recommender under paragraph (1) may recommend visa issuance for a foreign national after evaluating the foreign national's abilities and qualifications, through the information and communication network prescribed in Article 7-2(1) of the Enforcement Decree.
제1항에 따른 사증추천인의 지정 및 제3항에 따른 사증발급 추천의 기준과 절차 등에 관한 세부사항은 법무부장관이 정한다.
Detailed matters concerning the designation of visa recommenders under paragraph (1) and the standards and procedures for visa recommendations under paragraph (3) shall be determined by the Minister of Justice.
