제28조 출국심사

외국인이 출국할 때에는 유효한 여권을 가지고 출국하는 출입국항에서 출입국관리공무원의 출국심사를 받아야 한다.
When a foreign national departs, they shall undergo a departure inspection by an immigration official at the port of entry/exit from which they depart, with a valid passport.
제1항의 경우에 출입국항이 아닌 장소에서의 출국심사에 관하여는 제3조제1항 단서를 준용한다.
In the case of paragraph ①, Article 3, paragraph ①, proviso shall apply mutatis mutandis to departure inspection at a place other than a port of entry/exit.
제1항과 제2항의 경우에 위조되거나 변조된 외국인의 여권ㆍ선원신분증명서에 관하여는 제5조를 준용한다. <개정 2014.12.30>

제1항과 제2항의 경우에 선박등의 출입에 관하여는 제12조제6항을 준용한다.
