제4조의2 출국금지기간의 연장

법무부장관은 출국금지기간을 초과하여 계속 출국을 금지할 필요가 있다고 인정하는 경우에는 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.
Where the Minister of Justice deems it necessary to continue prohibiting departure beyond the period of prohibition, the Minister may extend that period.
제4조제3항에 따라 출국금지를 요청한 기관의 장은 출국금지기간을 초과하여 계속 출국을 금지할 필요가 있을 때에는 출국금지기간이 끝나기 3일 전까지 법무부장관에게 출국금지기간을 연장하여 줄 것을 요청하여야 한다. <개정 2011.7.18>
Where the head of an agency that requested a prohibition of departure under Article 4 (3) needs the prohibition to continue beyond its period, they shall request the Minister of Justice to extend it no later than three days before the period expires. <Amended on Jul. 18, 2011>
제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 출국금지기간의 연장절차에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the procedure for extending the period of prohibition of departure, other than those provided in paragraphs (1) and (2), shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
