제56조의7 영상정보 처리기기 등을 통한 안전대책

지방출입국ㆍ외국인관서의 장은 피보호자의 자살ㆍ자해ㆍ도주ㆍ폭행ㆍ손괴나 그 밖에 다른 피보호자의 생명ㆍ신체를 해치거나 보호시설의 안전 또는 질서를 해치는 행위를 방지하기 위하여 필요한 범위에서 영상정보 처리기기 등 필요한 시설을 설치할 수 있다. <개정 2014.3.18>
The head of a local immigration office and foreigner office may install necessary facilities such as video information processing devices, etc., to the extent necessary to prevent suicide, self-harm, escape, assault, destruction, or other acts by a person under protection that harm the life or body of another person under protection, or harm the safety or order of the protection facility. <Amended by Act No. 12421, Mar. 18, 2014>
제1항에 따라 설치된 영상정보 처리기기는 피보호자의 인권 등을 고려하여 필요한 최소한의 범위에서 설치ㆍ운영되어야 한다.
Video information processing devices installed pursuant to paragraph ① shall be installed and operated within the minimum scope necessary, taking into consideration the human rights of persons under protection, etc.
영상정보 처리기기 등의 설치ㆍ운영 및 녹화기록물의 관리 등에 필요한 사항은 법무부령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the installation, operation, and management of recorded data of video information processing devices, etc. shall be prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice.
