외국인보호위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
Meetings of the Committee for the Protection of Foreigners shall be convened with the attendance of a majority of all registered members, and resolutions shall be adopted by a majority of the attending members.
제1항에도 불구하고 회의를 개최할 시간적 여유가 없는 등 부득이한 경우로서 대통령령으로 정하는 경우에는 서면으로 의결할 수 있다. 이 경우 재적위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
Notwithstanding paragraph ①, resolutions may be adopted in writing in unavoidable circumstances such as when there is insufficient time to convene a meeting, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. In this case, resolutions shall be adopted by a majority of all registered members.
외국인보호위원회의 회의는 비공개로 한다.
Meetings of the Committee for the Protection of Foreigners shall be held in private.
결정은 그 이유를 붙이고 심의한 위원이 서명 또는 기명날인한 문서로 한다.
Resolutions shall be made in writing, stating the reasons, and signed or stamped by the deliberating members.
