제92조 권한의 위임 및 업무의 위탁

법무부장관은 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지방출입국ㆍ외국인관서의 장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2014.3.18>
The Minister of Justice may delegate a part of the authority under this Act to the heads of regional immigration and foreign affairs offices as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 12419, Mar. 18, 2014>
시장(특별시장과 광역시장은 제외한다)은 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 구청장(자치구가 아닌 구의 구청장을 말한다)에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2012.1.26>
A mayor (excluding the mayor of a special city and a metropolitan city) may delegate a part of the authority under this Act to a district mayor (referring to the mayor of a district that is not an autonomous district) as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 11609, Jan. 26, 2012>
