제114조 보고 등

공단은 필요하다고 인정하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이 법의 적용을 받는 사업의 사업주 또는 그 사업에 종사하는 근로자 및 보험료징수법 제33조에 따른 보험사무대행기관(이하 "보험사무대행기관"이라 한다)에게 보험사업에 관하여 필요한 보고 또는 관계 서류의 제출을 요구할 수 있다.
The Corporation may, when deemed necessary, request the employer of a business subject to this Act, or the workers engaged in that business, or the insurance affairs agency under Article 33 of the Insurance Premium Collection Act (hereinafter referred to as "insurance affairs agency") to report on insurance business or submit related documents, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
장해보상연금, 유족보상연금, 진폐보상연금 또는 진폐유족연금을 받을 권리가 있는 사람은 보험급여 지급에 필요한 사항으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 공단에 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2010.5.20, 2020.5.26>
A person who has the right to receive a disability pension, survivor pension, pneumoconiosis pension, or pneumoconiosis survivor pension shall report to the Corporation matters necessary for the payment of insurance benefits, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 10302, May 20, 2010; Act No. 17272, May 26, 2020>
수급권자 및 수급권이 있었던 사람은 수급권의 변동과 관련된 사항으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 공단에 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
Beneficiaries and persons who have been beneficiaries shall report to the Corporation matters related to changes in the right to receive benefits, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 17272, May 26, 2020>
수급권자가 사망하면 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」 제85조에 따른 신고 의무자는 1개월 이내에 그 사망 사실을 공단에 신고하여야 한다.
When a beneficiary dies, the person obligated to report under Article 85 of the Act on Registration of Family Relations, etc. shall report the fact of death to the Corporation within one month.
