①

공단은 보험급여에 관한 결정, 심사 청구의 심리ㆍ결정 등을 위하여 확인이 필요하다고 인정하면 소속 직원에게 이 법의 적용을 받는 사업의 사무소 또는 사업장과 보험사무대행기관 또는 제91조의15제3호에 따른 플랫폼 운영자의 사무소에 출입하여 관계인에게 질문을 하게 하거나 관계 서류를 조사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2022.6.10>

Where the Corporation deems it necessary for confirmation regarding the determination of insurance benefits, the review and determination of심사 청구 (claims for review), etc., it may have its employees enter the office or workplace of a business subject to this Act, or the office of an insurance affairs agent or a platform operator under Article 91-15 (3) to question related persons or investigate related documents. <Amended by Act No. 17332, Jun. 10, 2022>

제1항의 경우에 공단 직원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.

공단은 요양급여나 유족급여를 신청한 자 또는 그 대리인의 요구가 있는 경우에는 제1항에 따른 조사에 요양급여나 유족급여를 신청한 자 또는 그 대리인을 참여시켜야 한다. <신설 2026.2.19>
