제25조 업무의 지도ㆍ감독

공단은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 회계연도마다 사업 운영계획과 예산에 관하여 고용노동부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Corporation shall, according to Presidential Decree, obtain approval from the Minister of Employment and Labor for its business operation plan and budget for each accounting year. <Amended on Jun. 4, 2010>
공단은 회계연도마다 회계연도가 끝난 후 2개월 이내에 사업 실적과 결산을 고용노동부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Corporation shall report its business performance and settlement of accounts to the Minister of Employment and Labor within two months after the end of each accounting year. <Amended on Jun. 4, 2010>
고용노동부장관은 공단에 대하여 그 사업에 관한 보고를 명하거나 사업 또는 재산 상황을 검사할 수 있고, 필요하다고 인정하면 정관을 변경하도록 명하는 등 감독을 위하여 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2020.5.26>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may order the Corporation to report on its business, or may inspect its business or financial condition, and may take necessary measures for supervision, such as ordering a change in the articles of incorporation, if deemed necessary. <Amended on Jun. 4, 2010, May 26, 2020>
