Article 31 (Request for Provision of Data)
제31조 자료 제공의 요청

공단은 보험급여의 결정과 지급 등 보험사업을 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 필요하면 질병관리청ㆍ국세청ㆍ경찰청 및 지방자치단체 등 관계 행정기관이나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 보험사업과 관련되는 기관ㆍ단체에 주민등록ㆍ외국인등록 등 대통령령으로 정하는 자료의 제공을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2020.5.26, 2020.12.8, 2022.6.10>
When necessary for the efficient performance of insurance projects, such as the determination and payment of insurance benefits, the Corporation may request the provision of data, such as resident registration and alien registration, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, from relevant administrative agencies, including the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency, the National Tax Service, the National Police Agency, and local governments, or from other institutions and organizations related to insurance projects as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 17301, May 26, 2020, Act No. 17827, Dec. 8, 2020, Act No. 18411, June 10, 2022>
제1항에 따라 자료의 제공을 요청받은 관계 행정기관이나 관련 기관ㆍ단체 등은 정당한 사유 없이 그 요청을 거부할 수 없다.
Relevant administrative agencies or related institutions and organizations that receive a request for the provision of data pursuant to paragraph ① shall not refuse the request without justifiable grounds.
제1항에 따라 공단에 제공되는 자료에 대하여는 수수료나 사용료 등을 면제한다.
Fees, usage fees, etc., for data provided to the Corporation pursuant to paragraph ① shall be exempted.
