제52조(휴업급여) 휴업급여는 업무상 사유로 부상을 당하거나 질병에 걸린 근로자에게 요양으로 취업하지 못한 기간에 대하여 지급하되, 1일당 지급액은 평균임금의 100분의 70에 상당하는 금액으로 한다. 다만, 취업하지 못한 기간이 3일 이내이면 지급하지 아니한다.

① The temporary disability benefit shall be paid for the period during which a worker is unable to work due to an injury or illness incurred for reasons related to work, and the amount payable per day shall be equivalent to 70 percent of the average wage. However, if the period of inability to work is 3 days or less, no benefit shall be paid.
