Article 67 (Disability Pension for Low-Income Workers)
제67조 저소득 근로자의 상병보상연금

제66조에 따라 상병보상연금을 산정할 때 그 근로자의 평균임금이 최저임금액에 70분의 100을 곱한 금액보다 적을 때에는 최저임금액의 70분의 100에 해당하는 금액을 그 근로자의 평균임금으로 보아 산정한다.
When calculating the disability pension pursuant to Article 66, if the worker's average wage is less than the amount obtained by multiplying the minimum wage by 100/70, the amount obtained by multiplying the minimum wage by 100/70 shall be considered the worker's average wage for the calculation.
제66조 또는 제1항에서 정한 바에 따라 산정한 상병보상연금액을 365로 나눈 1일당 상병보상연금 지급액이 제54조에서 정한 바에 따라 산정한 1일당 휴업급여 지급액보다 적으면 제54조에서 정한 바에 따라 산정한 금액을 1일당 상병보상연금 지급액으로 한다. <개정 2010.1.27>
If the daily disability pension payment, calculated by dividing the disability pension amount calculated pursuant to Article 66 or paragraph ① by 365, is less than the daily temporary disability benefit payment calculated pursuant to Article 54, the daily disability pension payment shall be the amount calculated pursuant to Article 54. <Amended by Act No. 9999, Jan. 27, 2010>
