산업재해보상보험 및 예방에 관한 중요 사항을 심의하게 하기 위하여 고용노동부에 산업재해보상보험및예방심의위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2009.10.9, 2010.6.4>
To deliberate on important matters concerning industrial accident compensation insurance and prevention, an Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance and Prevention Deliberation Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee") shall be established in the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 9799, Oct. 9, 2009; Act No. 10332, June 4, 2010>
위원회는 근로자를 대표하는 사람, 사용자를 대표하는 사람 및 공익을 대표하는 사람으로 구성하되, 그 수는 각각 같은 수로 한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
The Committee shall be composed of persons representing workers, persons representing employers, and persons representing the public interest, with each group having the same number of representatives. <Amended by Act No. 17200, May 26, 2020>
위원회는 그 심의 사항을 검토하고, 위원회의 심의를 보조하게 하기 위하여 위원회에 전문위원회를 둘 수 있다. <개정 2009.10.9>
A specialized committee may be established within the Committee to review matters deliberated by the Committee and to assist in the Committee's deliberations. <Amended by Act No. 9799, Oct. 9, 2009>
위원회 및 전문위원회의 조직ㆍ기능 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2009.10.9>
Matters necessary for the organization, functions, and operation of the Committee and the specialized committee shall be determined by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 9799, Oct. 9, 2009>
