제82조 보험급여의 지급

보험급여는 지급 결정일부터 14일 이내에 지급하여야 한다. <개정 2018.6.12>
Insurance benefits shall be paid within 14 days from the date of the payment decision. <Amended by Act No. 15692, Jun. 12, 2018>
공단은 수급권자의 신청이 있는 경우에는 보험급여를 수급권자 명의의 지정된 계좌(이하 "보험급여수급계좌"라 한다)로 입금하여야 한다. 다만, 정보통신장애나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 불가피한 사유로 보험급여를 보험급여수급계좌로 이체할 수 없을 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 보험급여를 지급할 수 있다. <신설 2018.6.12>
The Corporation shall deposit insurance benefits into a designated account in the name of the beneficiary (hereinafter referred to as "insurance benefit account") upon the beneficiary's application. Provided, however, that if insurance benefits cannot be transferred to the insurance benefit account due to communication failures or other unavoidable reasons prescribed by Presidential Decree, insurance benefits may be paid in a manner prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Newly established by Act No. 15692, Jun. 12, 2018>
보험급여수급계좌의 해당 금융기관은 이 법에 따른 보험급여만이 보험급여수급계좌에 입금되도록 관리하여야 한다. <신설 2018.6.12>

제2항에 따른 신청의 방법ㆍ절차와 제3항에 따른 보험급여수급계좌의 관리에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <신설 2018.6.12>
