Article 93 (Loans for Co-payments of National Health Insurance Medical Care Benefits)
제93조 국민건강보험 요양급여 비용의 본인 일부 부담금의 대부

공단은 제37조제1항제2호에 따른 업무상 질병에 대하여 요양 신청을 한 경우로서 요양급여의 결정에 걸리는 기간 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 사람에 대하여 「국민건강보험법」 제44조에 따른 요양급여 비용의 본인 일부 부담금에 대한 대부사업을 할 수 있다. <개정 2011.12.31, 2020.5.26>
The Corporation may carry out a loan project for co-payments of medical care benefits prescribed in Article 44 of the National Health Insurance Act, for persons falling under criteria prescribed by Presidential Decree, taking into account the period for determining medical care benefits, etc., in cases where an application for medical care has been filed for an occupational disease as prescribed in Article 37 (1) 2. <Amended by Dec. 31, 2011, May 26, 2020>
공단은 제1항에 따라 대부를 받은 사람에게 지급할 이 법에 따른 요양급여가 있으면 그 요양급여를 대부금의 상환에 충당할 수 있다. <개정 2020.5.26>
If there are medical care benefits to be paid under this Act to a person who has received a loan under paragraph (1), the Corporation may apply such medical care benefits to the repayment of the loan. <Amended by May 26, 2020>
제1항에 따른 대부의 금액ㆍ조건 및 절차는 고용노동부장관의 승인을 받아 공단이 정한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The amount, conditions, and procedures for loans under paragraph (1) shall be determined by the Corporation with the approval of the Minister of Employment and Labor. <Amended by June 4, 2010>
제2항에 따른 요양급여의 충당 한도 및 충당 절차는 대통령령으로 정한다.
The limit and procedures for applying medical care benefits to repayment under paragraph (2) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
