Article 99 (Establishment of Reserve Fund)
제99조 책임준비금의 적립

고용노동부장관은 보험급여에 충당하기 위하여 책임준비금을 적립하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall establish a reserve fund to cover insurance benefits. <Amended on Jun. 4, 2010>
고용노동부장관은 회계연도마다 책임준비금을 산정하여 적립금 보유액이 책임준비금의 금액을 초과하면 그 초과액을 장래의 보험급여 지급 재원으로 사용하고, 부족하면 그 부족액을 보험료 수입에서 적립하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall calculate the reserve fund for each fiscal year and use the excess amount as a source of funds for future insurance benefit payments if the balance of the reserve fund exceeds the amount of the reserve fund, and shall establish the deficit from insurance premium revenue if it is insufficient. <Amended on Jun. 4, 2010>
제1항에 따른 책임준비금의 산정 기준 및 적립에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
The standards for calculating the reserve fund under paragraph ① and other necessary matters regarding its establishment shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
