제30조 휴일

법 제55조제1항에 따른 유급휴일은 1주 동안의 소정근로일을 개근한 자에게 주어야 한다. <개정 2018.6.29>
Paid holidays under Article 55 (1) of the Act shall be given to those who have attended all scheduled working days during a week. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 29031, Jun. 29, 2018>
법 제55조제2항 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 휴일"이란 「관공서의 공휴일에 관한 규정」 제2조 각 호(제1호는 제외한다)에 따른 공휴일 및 같은 영 제3조에 따른 대체공휴일을 말한다. <신설 2018.6.29>
