법 제64조에 따라 취직인허증을 받을 수 있는 자는 13세 이상 15세 미만인 자로 한다. 다만, 예술공연 참가를 위한 경우에는 13세 미만인 자도 취직인허증을 받을 수 있다.
Persons who may receive a work permit under Article 64 of the Act shall be persons aged 13 or older and under 15. However, persons under 13 may also receive a work permit for participation in artistic performances.
제1항에 따른 취직인허증을 받으려는 자는 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 고용노동부장관에게 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
A person who intends to receive a work permit under Paragraph ① shall apply to the Minister of Employment and Labor as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended by 2010.7.12>
제2항에 따른 신청은 학교장(의무교육 대상자와 재학 중인 자 로 한정한다) 및 친권자 또는 후견인의 서명을 받아 사용자가 될 자와 연명(連名)으로 하여야 한다.
The application under Paragraph ② shall be made jointly in the names of the prospective employer and the applicant, with the signatures of the school principal (limited to those subject to compulsory education and currently enrolled in school) and the parent or guardian.
