고용노동부장관은 제35조제2항에 따른 신청에 대하여 취직을 인허할 경우에는 고용노동부령으로 정하는 취직인허증에 직종을 지정하여 신청한 근로자와 사용자가 될 자에게 내주어야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2014.12.9>
When the Minister of Employment and Labor grants permission for employment upon an application under Article 35 (2), the Minister shall issue an employment permit, as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, designating the type of occupation, to the worker and the person who is to become the employer.
15세 미만인 자를 사용하는 사용자가 취직인허증을 갖추어 둔 경우에는 법 제66조에 따른 가족관계기록사항에 관한 증명서와 친권자나 후견인의 동의서를 갖추어 둔 것으로 본다. <신설 2014.12.9>
When an employer employing a person under 15 years of age keeps an employment permit, it shall be deemed that the employer has kept a certificate of family relations record under Article 66 of this Act and the consent of the parent or guardian.
