제81조(휴업보상과 장해보상의 예외) 근로자가 중대한 과실로 업무상 부상 또는 질병에 걸리고 또한 사용자가 그 과실에 대하여 노동위원회의 인정을 받으면 휴업보상이나 장해보상을 하지 아니하여도 된다.
Translation
When a worker sustains an industrial injury or occupational disease due to gross negligence, and the employer obtains recognition from the Labor Relations Commission regarding such negligence, the employer may be exempted from paying temporary disability benefits or permanent disability benefits.
