①
고용노동부장관이 제88조제2항의 기간에 심사 또는 중재를 하지 아니하거나 심사와 중재의 결과에 불복하는 자는 노동위원회에 심사나 중재를 청구할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
Any person who has not undergone review or mediation within the period prescribed in Article 88, Paragraph 2, or who is dissatisfied with the results of review or mediation may request review or mediation from the Labor Relations Commission. <Amended on June 4, 2010>

제1항의 청구가 있으면 노동위원회는 1개월 이내에 심사나 중재를 하여야 한다.
Upon receiving a request under Paragraph 1, the Labor Relations Commission shall conduct review or mediation within one month.
