개업공인중개사는 이중으로 중개사무소의 개설등록을 하여 중개업을 할 수 없다. <개정 2014.1.28>
A licensed real estate agent may not register to open a real estate brokerage office and engage in brokerage business in more than one place. <Amended by Act No. 12314, Jan. 28, 2014.>
개업공인중개사등은 다른 개업공인중개사의 소속공인중개사ㆍ중개보조원 또는 개업공인중개사인 법인의 사원ㆍ임원이 될 수 없다. <개정 2013.6.4, 2014.1.28>
A licensed real estate agent, etc. may not become a subordinate licensed real estate agent, brokerage assistant, or a member or director of a corporation that is a licensed real estate agent, of another licensed real estate agent. <Amended by Act No. 11847, Jun. 4, 2013, Act No. 12314, Jan. 28, 2014.>
