제19조 중개사무소등록증 대여 등의 금지

개업공인중개사는 다른 사람에게 자기의 성명 또는 상호를 사용하여 중개업무를 하게 하거나 자기의 중개사무소등록증을 양도 또는 대여하는 행위를 하여서는 아니된다. <개정 2014.1.28>
A licensed real estate agent shall not allow another person to conduct brokerage business using his or her name or trade name, nor shall he or she transfer or lend his or her real estate brokerage office registration certificate. <Amended by Act No. 12345, Jan. 28, 2014>
누구든지 다른 사람의 성명 또는 상호를 사용하여 중개업무를 하거나 다른 사람의 중개사무소등록증을 양수 또는 대여받아 이를 사용하는 행위를 하여서는 아니된다.
No person shall conduct brokerage business using another person's name or trade name, nor shall he or she acquire or borrow another person's real estate brokerage office registration certificate and use it.
누구든지 제1항 및 제2항에서 금지한 행위를 알선하여서는 아니 된다. <신설 2023.6.1>
