국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 및 등록관청은 개업공인중개사등이 부동산거래사고 예방 등을 위하여 교육을 받는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 필요한 비용을 지원할 수 있다.
The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the head of a special self-governing province or a metropolitan city, and the registration authority may, when licensed real estate agents, etc. receive education for the purpose of preventing real estate transaction accidents, etc., provide necessary expenses in accordance with the Presidential Decree.
국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 및 등록관청은 필요하다고 인정하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 개업공인중개사등의 부동산거래사고 예방을 위한 교육을 실시할 수 있다. <개정 2014.5.21>
