제41조의2 총회

협회에 총회를 둔다.
A general meeting shall be established in the Association.
총회의 구성에 관한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
Matters concerning the composition of the general meeting shall be determined by the articles of association.
협회는 총회의 의결내용을 지체 없이 국토교통부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. 이 경우 다음 각 호의 사항은 총회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다.
1. 정관의 제정과 변경
2. 예산과 결산
3. 그 밖에 정관으로 정하는 사항
The Association shall report the resolution of the general meeting to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport without delay. In this case, the following matters shall be subject to the resolution of the general meeting. 1. Enactment and amendment of the articles of association 2. Budget and settlement of accounts 3. Other matters as determined by the articles of association
국토교통부장관은 제3항의 의결이 법령이나 정관에 위반될 경우에는 정관 변경이나 재의결을 요청할 수 있다.
If the resolution under Article 3 violates laws and regulations or the articles of association, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport may request an amendment of the articles of association or a reconsideration.
