제42조제1항에 따른 공제사업에 관한 사항을 심의하고 그 업무집행을 감독하기 위하여 협회에 운영위원회를 둔다.
To deliberate on matters concerning the mutual aid business under Article 42, Paragraph 1, and to supervise the execution of its business, a Management Committee shall be established within the Association.
운영위원회의 위원은 협회의 임원, 중개업ㆍ법률ㆍ회계ㆍ금융ㆍ보험ㆍ부동산 분야 전문가, 관계 공무원 및 그 밖에 중개업 관련 이해관계자로 구성하되, 그 수는 19명 이내로 한다.
The members of the Management Committee shall consist of the officers of the Association, experts in the fields of brokerage, law, accounting, finance, insurance, and real estate, relevant public officials, and other stakeholders related to brokerage, and their number shall not exceed 19.
운영위원회의 구성과 운영에 필요한 세부 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Detailed matters necessary for the composition and operation of the Management Committee shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
