국토교통부장관은 협회(그 중앙회, 시ㆍ도회 및 지회를 포함한다)를 지도ㆍ감독하기 위하여 필요한 때에는 그 업무에 관한 사항을 보고하게 하거나 자료의 제출 그 밖에 필요한 명령을 할 수 있으며, 소속 공무원으로 하여금 그 사무소에 출입하여 장부ㆍ서류 등을 조사 또는 검사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.6.9, 2026.2.27>
The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport may, when deemed necessary for the guidance and supervision of the Association (including its central association, regional associations, and branches), require it to report on matters concerning its business, submit data, or issue other necessary orders, and may allow public officials under his/her jurisdiction to enter its office to inspect or examine books, documents, etc. <Amended by Act No. 9439, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 11690, Mar. 23, 2013; Act No. 17370, Jun. 9, 2020; Act No. XXXXX, Feb. 27, 2026>
