제5조 자격증의 교부 등

제4조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 공인중개사자격시험을 시행하는 시험시행기관의 장은 공인중개사자격시험의 합격자가 결정된 때에는 이를 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>
The head of the examination administering agency that conducts the licensed real estate agent examination in accordance with Article 4 (1) and (2) shall announce the successful candidates for the licensed real estate agent examination when they are determined. <Amended by Act No. 17346, Jun. 9, 2020>
시ㆍ도지사는 제1항에 따른 합격자에게 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공인중개사자격증을 교부하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.6.9>
The mayor, provincial governor, or governor of the Special Self-Governing Province shall issue a licensed real estate agent certificate to the successful candidates under paragraph (1) in accordance with the ordinances of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. <Amended by Act No. 8852, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 11690, Mar. 23, 2013; Act No. 17346, Jun. 9, 2020>
제2항에 따라 공인중개사자격증을 교부받은 자는 공인중개사자격증을 잃어버리거나 못쓰게 된 경우에는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사에게 재교부를 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2020.6.9>
