제9조 중개사무소의 개설등록

중개업을 영위하려는 자는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 중개사무소(법인의 경우에는 주된 중개사무소를 말한다)를 두려는 지역을 관할하는 시장(구가 설치되지 아니한 시의 시장과 특별자치도 행정시의 시장을 말한다. 이하 같다)ㆍ군수 또는 구청장(이하 "등록관청"이라 한다)에게 중개사무소의 개설등록을 하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2008.6.13, 2013.3.23, 2020.6.9>
A person intending to engage in real estate brokerage business shall register the opening of a real estate brokerage office (in the case of a corporation, the principal real estate brokerage office) with the Mayor (referring to the Mayor of a city without a district office, and the Mayor of an administrative city in a special self-governing province; hereinafter the same shall apply), the Governor of a county, or the Head of a district office (hereinafter referred to as the "registration authority") having jurisdiction over the area where the real estate brokerage office is to be established, in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. <Amended by Acts No. 9484, Feb. 29, 2008; No. 9853, Jun. 13, 2008; No. 11690, Mar. 23, 2013; No. 17312, Jun. 9, 2020>
공인중개사(소속공인중개사는 제외한다) 또는 법인이 아닌 자는 제1항에 따라 중개사무소의 개설등록을 신청할 수 없다. <개정 2020.6.9>
A person other than a licensed real estate agent (excluding a subordinate licensed real estate agent) or a corporation shall not apply for registration of the opening of a real estate brokerage office under paragraph ①. <Amended by Act No. 17312, Jun. 9, 2020>
제1항에 따라 중개사무소 개설등록의 기준은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2020.6.9>
