제10조(공무원인 임원) 법 제20조제4항제2호에 따라 보건복지부장관, 기획예산처장관 및 인사혁신처장은 해당 기관 소속의 3급 공무원 또는 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원 중에서 각 1명씩을 지명하는 방법으로 공단의 비상임이사를 추천한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2015.6.30, 2025.12.30>

① In accordance with Article 20 (4) 2 of the Act, the Minister of Health and Welfare, the Minister of Strategy and Finance, and the Minister of Personnel Management shall recommend non-standing executive officers of the Corporation by designating one person each from among civil servants of Grade 3 or general public officials belonging to the Senior Civil Service of their respective agencies. <Amended by Act No. 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2015.6.30, 2025.12.30>
