법 제34조제2항제2호에 따라 농어업인 단체, 도시자영업자단체 및 시민단체는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 같은 조 제1항제2호에 따른 위원을 추천한다.
1. 농어업인 단체 및 도시자영업자단체: 각각 3명씩 추천
2. 시민단체: 4명 추천
In accordance with Article 34 (2) (2) of the Act, organizations of farmers and fishermen, organizations of urban self-employed individuals, and civic organizations shall recommend members as prescribed by the following items, based on the divisions thereof, for the members referred to in Article 34 (1) (2) of the Act. 1. Organizations of farmers and fishermen and organizations of urban self-employed individuals: Shall recommend three persons each. 2. Civic organizations: Shall recommend four persons.
법 제34조제2항제3호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 관계 공무원"이란 재정경제부장관 및 보건복지부장관이 해당 기관 소속의 4급 이상 공무원 또는 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원 중에서 각각 1명씩 지명하는 사람을 말한다. <개정 2025.12.30>
