Article 28 (Business)

The "business to be determined by Presidential Decree" as referred to in Article 63(1)8 of the Act means the businesses listed in the following items. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 24302, Jan. 28, 2013; No. 33067, Dec. 27, 2022> 1. Computerized management, including the development, supply, and inspection of software related to claims for review of medical care benefit costs under Article 47 of the Act. 2. Disclosure of the results of the assessment of the appropriateness of medical care benefits under Article 47-4 of the Act. 3. Review of medical care expenses paid under Article 49(1) of the Act, which were received from institutions designated by the Minister of Health and Welfare. 4. Development and management of patient classification systems and classification systems for diseases and injuries related to medical care benefits, for the purpose of performing the businesses referred to in Article 63(1)1 through 7 of the Act and items 1 through 3 of this Paragraph. 5. Education and public relations related to the businesses referred to in Article 63(1)1 through 7 of the Act and items 1 through 4 of this Paragraph.
