"Presidential Decree prescribed duties" in Article 63(1) subparagraph 8 of the Act refers to the duties listed in the following subparagraphs. <Amended on Jan. 28, 2013, Dec. 27, 2022> 1. Computerized management, such as development, supply, and inspection of software related to claims for medical care benefit costs under Article 47 of the Act. 2. Disclosure of the results of the appropriateness evaluation of medical care benefits under Article 47-4 of the Act. 3. Review of medical care expenses paid under Article 49(1) of the Act, which are received from institutions prescribed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare Ordinance. 4. Development and management of patient classification systems and disease/injury classification systems related to medical care benefits for performing the duties referred to in Article 63(1) subparagraphs 1 through 7 and subparagraphs 1 through 3 of this paragraph. 5. Education and public relations related to the duties referred to in Article 63(1) subparagraphs 1 through 7 and subparagraphs 1 through 4 of this paragraph.
