제45조의2(계좌이체자 등에 대한 보험료 감액 등) 공단은 법 제75조제2항에 따라 전자문서로 납입 고지를 받거나 계좌 또는 신용카드 자동이체의 방법으로 보험료를 내는 납부의무자에 대해서는 그에 따라 절감되는 우편요금 등 행정비용의 범위에서 공단의 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 보험료를 감액하거나 감액하는 금액에 상당하는 금품을 제공할 수 있다. <개정 2013.9.26, 2019.10.22>

① The Corporation may, pursuant to Article 75 (2) of the Act, reduce the premiums or provide goods equivalent to the amount of the reduction to obligors who receive premium notices by electronic document or pay premiums by account or credit card automatic transfer, within the scope of administrative costs such as postage savings resulting therefrom, as prescribed by the articles of incorporation of the Corporation. <Amended by 2013.9.26, 2019.10.22>
