제45조의2(계좌이체자 등에 대한 보험료 감액 등) 공단은 법 제75조제2항에 따라 전자문서로 납입 고지를 받거나 계좌 또는 신용카드 자동이체의 방법으로 보험료를 내는 납부의무자에 대해서는 그에 따라 절감되는 우편요금 등 행정비용의 범위에서 공단의 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 보험료를 감액하거나 감액하는 금액에 상당하는 금품을 제공할 수 있다. <개정 2013.9.26, 2019.10.22>

① The Corporation, pursuant to Article 75 (2) of the Act, may reduce insurance premiums or provide property equivalent to the amount of reduction to a liable person who receives payment notices in electronic documents or pays insurance premiums through bank accounts or credit card automatic transfers, within the scope of administrative costs such as postage saved, in accordance with the Corporation's articles of incorporation. <Amended by Act No. 11947, Sep. 26, 2013; Act No. 16774, Oct. 22, 2019>
