법 제96조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 자료"란 별표 4의3 제1호에 따른 자료를 말한다.
The "data prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 96 (1) of the Act shall mean the data according to Item 1 of Table 4-3.
법 제96조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 자료"란 별표 4의3 제2호에 따른 자료를 말한다.
The "data prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 96 (2) of the Act shall mean the data according to Item 2 of Table 4-3.
법 제96조제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 자료의 제공을 요청받은 국가, 지방자치단체, 요양기관, 「보험업법」에 따른 보험회사 및 보험료율 산출 기관, 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」에 따른 공공기관, 그 밖의 공공단체 등은 제1항 또는 제2항의 자료가 디스켓, 자기테이프, 마이크로필름, 광디스크 등 전산기록장치 또는 전산프로그램을 이용하여 저장되어 있는 경우에는 해당 형태로 자료를 제공할 수 있다.
A nation, local government, medical care institution, insurance company and premium rate calculation institution under the 「Insurance Business Act」, public institution under the 「Act on the Management of Public Institutions」, and other public organizations, etc. that have been requested to provide data pursuant to Article 96 (1) or (2) of the Act may provide the data in the form of computer storage devices such as diskettes, magnetic tapes, microfilms, optical discs, or computer programs, if such data is stored in those forms.
