공단은 법 제104조제2항에 따라 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 방법으로 건강보험 재정 지출을 절감하는 데에 이바지한 요양기관에 장려금을 지급한다. <개정 2014.8.29, 2021.12.7>

1. 성분 또는 효능이 같아 대체사용이 가능한 약제 중 요양급여비용이 보다 저렴한 약제를 처방하거나 조제하였을 것
2. 제70조의2제2항제1호에 따라 퇴장방지의약품으로 지정ㆍ고시된 약제 중에서 다른 약제에 비하여 저가이면서 약제의 특성상 다른 약제를 대체하는 효과가 있는 약제를 처방하거나 조제하였을 것
3. 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시하는 기간 동안 의약품을 상한금액보다 저렴하게 구입하거나 전년도 약제 사용량보다 사용량을 줄였을 것

The Corporation shall pay incentive funds to medical institutions that have contributed to reducing the National Health Insurance financial expenditure through the methods prescribed in any of the following subparagraphs pursuant to Article 104 (2) of the Act. <Amended by Aug. 29, 2014, Dec. 7, 2021> 1. Prescribing or dispensing medicines that are cheaper in National Health Insurance Benefit Costs among medicines with the same ingredients or efficacy and can be substituted. 2. Prescribing or dispensing medicines designated and notified as preventive medicines for withdrawal pursuant to Article 70-2 (2) 1, which are cheaper than other medicines and have the effect of substituting other medicines due to their characteristics. 3. Purchasing medicines at a price lower than the upper limit or reducing the amount of medicine used compared to the previous year's usage during the period designated and notified by the Minister of Health and Welfare.

장려금은 제1항에 따른 처방 또는 조제로 인하여 건강보험 재정 지출에서 절감된 금액의 100분의 70을 넘지 아니하는 금액으로 한다.

The incentive funds shall be an amount not exceeding 70 percent of the amount reduced from the National Health Insurance financial expenditure due to the prescription or dispensing under paragraph ①.

제1항제1호 및 제2호에 따라 장려금을 지급받으려는 요양기관은 법 제47조제2항에 따라 심사평가원에 요양급여비용의 심사청구를 할 때 함께 장려금 지급을 청구하여야 한다. <신설 2014.8.29>

Medical institutions intending to receive incentive funds pursuant to subparagraphs 1 and 2 of paragraph ① shall jointly request the payment of incentive funds when filing a claim for review of National Health Insurance Benefit Costs with the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service pursuant to Article 47 (2) of the Act. <Newly Inserted by Aug. 29, 2014>

제1항제3호에 따라 지급하는 장려금은 심사평가원이 그 금액을 산출하여 보건복지부장관의 승인을 받아 공단에 통보한다. <신설 2014.8.29>

The incentive funds paid pursuant to subparagraph 3 of paragraph ① shall be calculated by the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service, approved by the Minister of Health and Welfare, and notified to the Corporation. <Newly Inserted by Aug. 29, 2014>

제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 장려금의 지급 기준과 방법ㆍ절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2014.8.29>

Matters necessary for the payment standards, methods, and procedures of incentive funds, other than those prescribed in paragraphs ① through ④, shall be designated and notified by the Minister of Health and Welfare. <Amended by Aug. 29, 2014>
