제24조 임원의 당연퇴임 및 해임

임원이 제23조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 되거나 임명 당시 그에 해당하는 사람으로 확인되면 그 임원은 당연퇴임한다.
If a director falls under any of the subparagraphs of Article 23, or is confirmed at the time of appointment to be a person falling under any of them, the director shall automatically retire.
임명권자는 임원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 그 임원을 해임할 수 있다.
1. 신체장애나 정신장애로 직무를 수행할 수 없다고 인정되는 경우
2. 직무상 의무를 위반한 경우
3. 고의나 중대한 과실로 공단에 손실이 생기게 한 경우
4. 직무 여부와 관계없이 품위를 손상하는 행위를 한 경우
5. 이 법에 따른 보건복지부장관의 명령을 위반한 경우
The appointing authority may dismiss a director if the director falls under any of the following subparagraphs: 1. When it is recognized that the director cannot perform his/her duties due to physical or mental disability. 2. When the director has violated his/her duty of office. 3. When the director has caused loss to the Corporation due to intentionality or gross negligence. 4. When the director has committed an act that damages his/her dignity, regardless of whether it is related to his/her duties. 5. When the director has violated an order from the Minister of Health and Welfare under this Act.
