①

가입자와 피부양자의 질병, 부상, 출산 등에 대하여 다음 각 호의 요양급여를 실시한다.

  1. 1. 진찰ㆍ검사

  2. 2. 약제(藥劑)ㆍ치료재료의 지급

  3. 3. 처치ㆍ수술 및 그 밖의 치료

  4. 4. 예방ㆍ재활

  5. 5. 입원

  6. 6. 간호

  7. 7. 이송(移送)

The following medical care benefits shall be provided for the illness, injury, or childbirth of the insured person and their dependents. 1. Examination and testing 2. Provision of medicines and therapeutic materials 3. Treatment, surgery, and other therapies 4. Prevention and rehabilitation 5. Inpatient care 6. Nursing care 7. Transportation

제1항에 따른 요양급여(이하 "요양급여"라 한다)의 범위(이하 "요양급여대상"이라 한다)는 다음 각 호와 같다. <신설 2016.2.3>

  1. 1. 제1항 각 호의 요양급여(제1항제2호의 약제는 제외한다): 제4항에 따라 보건복지부장관이 비급여대상으로 정한 것을 제외한 일체의 것

  2. 2. 제1항제2호의 약제: 제41조의3에 따라 요양급여대상으로 보건복지부장관이 결정하여 고시한 것

The scope of medical care benefits under paragraph ① (hereinafter referred to as "medical care benefits") (hereinafter referred to as "scope of medical care benefits") shall be as follows. <Newly established 2016.2.3> 1. 요양급여의 방법ㆍ절차ㆍ범위ㆍ상한 등의 기준은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <개정 2016.2.3>

The standards for the methods, procedures, scope, and upper limits of medical care benefits shall be prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Amended 2016.2.3>

보건복지부장관은 제3항에 따라 요양급여의 기준을 정할 때 업무나 일상생활에 지장이 없는 질환에 대한 치료 등 보건복지부령으로 정하는 사항은 요양급여대상에서 제외되는 사항(이하 "비급여대상"이라 한다)으로 정할 수 있다. <개정 2016.2.3>
