제69조 보험료

공단은 건강보험사업에 드는 비용에 충당하기 위하여 제77조에 따른 보험료의 납부의무자로부터 보험료를 징수한다.
The Corporation shall collect insurance premiums from those obligated to pay insurance premiums under Article 77 to cover the costs of the national health insurance business.
제1항에 따른 보험료는 가입자의 자격을 취득한 날이 속하는 달의 다음 달부터 가입자의 자격을 잃은 날의 전날이 속하는 달까지 징수한다. 다만, 가입자의 자격을 매월 1일에 취득한 경우 또는 제5조제1항제2호가목에 따른 건강보험 적용 신청으로 가입자의 자격을 취득하는 경우에는 그 달부터 징수한다. <개정 2019.12.3>
The insurance premiums referred to in Paragraph ① shall be collected from the month following the date on which the eligibility of the insured is acquired until the month preceding the date on which the eligibility of the insured is lost. Provided, that if the eligibility of the insured is acquired on the first day of a month or through an application for health insurance coverage under Article 5 (1) 2 (a), the insurance premiums shall be collected from that month. <Amended by Act No. 16822, Dec. 3, 2019>
제1항 및 제2항에 따라 보험료를 징수할 때 가입자의 자격이 변동된 경우에는 변동된 날이 속하는 달의 보험료는 변동되기 전의 자격을 기준으로 징수한다. 다만, 가입자의 자격이 매월 1일에 변동된 경우에는 변동된 자격을 기준으로 징수한다.
When collecting insurance premiums under Paragraphs ① and ②, if there is a change in the eligibility of the insured, the insurance premiums for the month in which the change occurred shall be calculated based on the eligibility prior to the change. Provided, that if the eligibility of the insured changes on the first day of a month, the insurance premiums shall be calculated based on the eligibility after the change.
직장가입자의 월별 보험료액은 다음 각 호에 따라 산정한 금액으로 한다. <개정 2017.4.18, 2024.2.6>
1. 보수월액보험료: 제70조에 따라 산정한 보수월액에 제73조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 보험료율을 곱하여 얻은 금액
2. 보수 외 소득월액보험료: 제71조제1항에 따라 산정한 보수 외 소득월액에 제73조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 보험료율을 곱하여 얻은 금액
The monthly insurance premium amount for employed insured persons shall be the amount calculated according to the following subparagraphs. <Amended by Act No. 14760, Apr. 18, 2017; Act No. 20128, Feb. 6, 2024> 1. Monthly premium based on salary: The amount obtained by multiplying the monthly salary calculated under Article 70 by the insurance premium rate under Article 73 (1) or (2). 2. Monthly premium based on non-salary income: The amount obtained by multiplying the monthly non-salary income calculated under Article 71 (1) by the insurance premium rate under Article 73 (1) or (2).
지역가입자의 월별 보험료액은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 산정한 금액을 합산한 금액으로 한다. 이 경우 보험료액은 세대 단위로 산정한다. <개정 2024.2.6>
1. 소득: 제71조제2항에 따라 산정한 지역가입자의 소득월액에 제73조제3항에 따른 보험료율을 곱하여 얻은 금액
2. 재산: 제72조에 따라 산정한 재산보험료부과점수에 제73조제3항에 따른 재산보험료부과점수당 금액을 곱하여 얻은 금액
The monthly insurance premium amount for regionally insured persons shall be the sum of the amounts calculated according to the following subparagraphs. In this case, the insurance premium amount shall be calculated on a household basis. <Amended by Act No. 20128, Feb. 6, 2024> 1. Income: The amount obtained by multiplying the monthly income of regionally insured persons calculated under Article 71 (2) by the insurance premium rate for income under Article 73 (3). 2. Assets: The amount obtained by multiplying the property insurance premium assessment points calculated under Article 72 by the amount per property insurance premium assessment point under Article 73 (3).
제4항 및 제5항에 따른 월별 보험료액은 가입자의 보험료 평균액의 일정비율에 해당하는 금액을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 따라 상한 및 하한을 정한다. <신설 2017.4.18>
The upper and lower limits for the monthly insurance premium amounts referred to in Paragraphs ④ and ⑤ shall be determined according to the standards prescribed by Presidential Decree, taking into account a certain percentage of the average insurance premium of the insured. <Newly inserted by Act No. 14760, Apr. 18, 2017>
