제71조 소득월액

직장가입자의 보수 외 소득월액은 제70조에 따른 보수월액의 산정에 포함된 보수를 제외한 직장가입자의 소득(이하 "보수 외 소득"이라 한다)이 대통령령으로 정하는 금액을 초과하는 경우 다음의 계산식에 따른 값을 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 평가하여 산정한다. <개정 2017.4.18, 2024.2.6><img src="http://www.law.go.kr/flDownload.do?flSeq=137421931" alt="img137421931" >┌───────────────────────────┐│(연간 보수 외 소득 - 대통령령으로 정하는 금액) × 1/12│└───────────────────────────┘</img>

지역가입자의 소득월액은 지역가입자의 연간 소득을 12개월로 나눈 값을 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 평가하여 산정한다. <신설 2024.2.6>
The monthly income for a regional subscriber shall be calculated by assessing the value obtained by dividing the annual income of a regional subscriber by 12 months, in the manner prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Newly inserted Feb. 6, 2024>
제1항 및 제2항에 따른 소득의 구체적인 범위, 소득월액을 산정하는 기준, 방법 등 소득월액의 산정에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2024.2.6>
