제75조 보험료의 경감 등

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 가입자 중 보건복지부령으로 정하는 가입자에 대하여는 그 가입자 또는 그 가입자가 속한 세대의 보험료의 일부를 경감할 수 있다.
1. 섬ㆍ벽지(僻地)ㆍ농어촌 등 대통령령으로 정하는 지역에 거주하는 사람
2. 65세 이상인 사람
3. 「장애인복지법」에 따라 등록한 장애인
4. 「국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률」 제4조제1항제4호, 제6호, 제12호, 제15호 및 제17호에 따른 국가유공자
5. 휴직자
6. 그 밖에 생활이 어렵거나 천재지변 등의 사유로 보험료를 경감할 필요가 있다고 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시하는 사람
For subscribers who fall under any of the following subparagraphs, and are designated by a decree of the Minister of Health and Welfare, a portion of the premiums for the subscriber or the household to which the subscriber belongs may be reduced. 1. Persons residing in areas designated by a Presidential Decree, such as islands, remote areas, farming and fishing villages, etc. 2. Persons aged 65 or over 3. Persons with disabilities registered under the 「Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities」 4. National meritorious persons under Article 4 (1) 4, 6, 12, 15, and 17 of the 「Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of National Meritorious Persons, etc.」 5. Persons on leave of absence 6. Persons otherwise determined and publicly announced by the Minister of Health and Welfare to require a reduction in premiums due to financial difficulties, natural disasters, or other reasons.
제77조에 따른 보험료 납부의무자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 보험료를 감액하는 등 재산상의 이익을 제공할 수 있다. <신설 2013.5.22, 2019.4.23, 2023.5.19>
1. 제81조의6제1항에 따라 보험료의 납입 고지 또는 독촉을 전자문서로 받는 경우
2. 보험료를 계좌 또는 신용카드 자동이체의 방법으로 내는 경우

제1항에 따른 보험료 경감의 방법ㆍ절차 등에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2013.5.22>
