제77조 보험료 납부의무

직장가입자의 보험료는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 그 각 호에서 정한 자가 납부한다. <개정 2024.2.6>
1. 보수월액보험료: 사용자. 이 경우 사업장의 사용자가 2명 이상인 때에는 그 사업장의 사용자는 해당 직장가입자의 보험료를 연대하여 납부한다.
2. 보수 외 소득월액보험료: 직장가입자
The insurance premiums of workplace subscribers shall be paid by the persons designated in each of the following subparagraphs according to the classification in each subparagraph. <Amended on Feb. 6, 2024> 1. Monthly Premium Based on Salary: The employer. In this case, if there are two or more employers at a workplace, the employers at that workplace shall jointly pay the insurance premiums of the workplace subscriber. 2. Monthly Premium Based on Income Other Than Salary: The workplace subscriber.
지역가입자의 보험료는 그 가입자가 속한 세대의 지역가입자 전원이 연대하여 납부한다. 다만, 소득 및 재산이 없는 미성년자와 소득 및 재산 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 미성년자는 납부의무를 부담하지 아니한다. <개정 2017.4.18>
The insurance premiums of regional subscribers shall be jointly paid by all regional subscribers belonging to the same household. However, minors who have no income or assets, and minors who meet the standards prescribed by Presidential Decree, taking into account their income and assets, shall not be subject to the obligation to pay. <Amended on Apr. 18, 2017>
사용자는 보수월액보험료 중 직장가입자가 부담하여야 하는 그 달의 보험료액을 그 보수에서 공제하여 납부하여야 한다. 이 경우 직장가입자에게 공제액을 알려야 한다.
The employer shall deduct from the salary the amount of insurance premiums for the month that the workplace subscriber is obligated to pay among the monthly premiums based on salary and pay it. In this case, the employer shall inform the workplace subscriber of the deducted amount.
