제9조 자격의 변동 시기 등

가입자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 된 날에 그 자격이 변동된다.
1. 지역가입자가 적용대상사업장의 사용자로 되거나, 근로자ㆍ공무원 또는 교직원(이하 "근로자등"이라 한다)으로 사용된 날
2. 직장가입자가 다른 적용대상사업장의 사용자로 되거나 근로자등으로 사용된 날
3. 직장가입자인 근로자등이 그 사용관계가 끝난 날의 다음 날
4. 적용대상사업장에 제7조제2호에 따른 사유가 발생한 날의 다음 날
5. 지역가입자가 다른 세대로 전입한 날
A subscriber's qualification shall be changed on the day they fall under any of the following subparagraphs. 1. The day a regional subscriber becomes an employer of an applicable workplace or is employed as a worker, public official, or faculty member (hereinafter referred to as "workers, etc.") 2. The day a workplace subscriber becomes an employer of another applicable workplace or is employed as workers, etc. 3. 제1항에 따라 자격이 변동된 경우 직장가입자의 사용자와 지역가입자의 세대주는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 그 명세를 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 자격이 변동된 날부터 14일 이내에 보험자에게 신고하여야 한다.
1. 제1항제1호 및 제2호에 따라 자격이 변동된 경우: 직장가입자의 사용자
2. 제1항제3호부터 제5호까지의 규정에 따라 자격이 변동된 경우: 지역가입자의 세대주
When a qualification is changed pursuant to paragraph ①, the employer of a workplace subscriber and the head of a household of a regional subscriber shall report the details to the insurer within 14 days from the date the qualification is changed, according to the following classifications and as prescribed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. 1. When qualification is changed pursuant to paragraph ①, subparagraphs 1 and 2: Employer of a workplace subscriber 2. When qualification is changed pursuant to paragraph ①, subparagraphs 3 to 5: Head of a household of a regional subscriber
법무부장관 및 국방부장관은 직장가입자나 지역가입자가 제54조 제3호 또는 제4호에 해당하면 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 사유에 해당된 날부터 1개월 이내에 보험자에게 알려야 한다.
The Minister of Justice and the Minister of National Defense shall notify the insurer, as prescribed by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, within one month from the day a workplace subscriber or regional subscriber falls under Article 54, subparagraph 3 or 4, of the reason for such occurrence.
